Well Done Turbo Tax

I feel confident in filing with turbo tax over last 20 years. Well done Intuit.
There are still a few bugs in download income data thatt Intuit needs to address but overall a pleasant experience.

New login process instead of just securely importing my previous years returns is TRASH. Took 1 hour just to get the program to work. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

Overall it is straight forward and helpful to navigate;
One issue is you need to make it easier to understand where to enter the unique IRS IP PIN you can get from them.
It would also be helpful to be able to ask questions about something like that while you are in the software and get at a minimum an AI response instead of being forwarded to some on line question and answer that may not be relevant. \

Turbotax is suppose to make it easy for you and sometimes I look for explanation to a question. Some questions the explanation is not right there to click on. I would have to look it up on the internet.

Turbo Tax is TERRIBLE!

Worst software year EVER from you. Toggling is difficult; several areas are circular, go round and around through the same useless steps. My return is not difficult, but entering some of the things was impossible. There were "promises" to return to issues that never happened. For example on my 1099 for investments, there was no box or explanation for box 2f--promised and not delivered. Dealing with the State return was difficult as the input areas with differences were hidden. Printing the pages I wanted was also time consuming---I don't need to kill that many trees.
