It wouldn't let me enter some Sch. A items unless I went into forms view. You should NOT charge me for Colorado state e-filing! Please refund this charge.

Time to change tax software....

Not pleasant...Transfering into from investment accounts was scary, no reassurance than the correct account or info was transferred, also keep transferring the same account without questioning.

Worked better on Mac in past years- glitchy

I've used Turbo Tax on Mac for several years. The 2024 premier product is just OK- the new format for entering interest and dividend income was meant to be easier, but just introduces extra clicks without really simplifying the process. Then, while filing, I hit glitches with the keychain access. Finally got that to work, then it wouldn't print my return, nor the paperwork I needed to mail in supporting documents. It kept saying the program needed 2-3 minutes to prepare the forms, but it never did. I've tried going out of the program and reentering, but no go. It should be simple to print forms, but I'm still waiting.

TurboTax horrible!

I really dislike the way that this product had been modified. I hate the fact that you're saving copies of my returns! I you're hacked, the hacker has enough info to bankrupt us and i know that you won't accept any accountability for it! I also don't like that you're integrating Turbo Tax with your other Intuit products i.e. Quickbooks etc. It was much easier when I could enter the information from my W-2 and it would download all the data I needed or I logged into my financial institution and it downloaded what I needed from there.

Please fix EIN dash problem !

ALL great except when we went to upload/efile California nonresident it said the EIN number (i.e. the Federal Tax ID) of our property manager was "out of range". We tried and tried and discovered that we had to remove the dash in the number that had been provided on our 592-B form from california. Would give you all 5 stars if you fix this problem going forward. You simply have to ignore the dash before you validate EIN field. Specifically our EIN form says 68-0138656, and we had to figure out you wanted 680138656 (simply without the dash). But for a while we were worried something was truly wrong. Please correct
