OK software

Seems like Turbo Tax is getting less user friendly. The help function was no help.

Basically Excellent Software

Basically excellent software. Beats the $750 I spent last year to have my return prepared last year (with errors) by an accounting firm. Some of the fonts are a bit small and for me were hard to read. But other than that, it worked great. I was particularly happy with the ease of importing 1099-B and - DIV information.
The only improvement I would suggest - I would have liked more help instructions on the steps to efile. It basically went smoothly because I had last year's return handy (with our AGI and PINS). They also want driver's license info. It turns out not a big deal for us but knowing what you need up front might help some people.

Everlasing Choice to File Taxes!

I have been using Turbo Tax for last 8 years. It was excellent and continues to improve. The user interaction and guidance is very convenient and help is always available by experts. I have no plans to switch to any other service.

Adding additional costs after purchasing a state tax return to send your forms into the state. Bad idea!
