Great product, been using for approx 20 years. Suggestion, allow forms and the guided pages to be zoomed in. The font size is pretty small.,

TurboTax Has Gone Downhill
on March 6, 2025

Did not like the new format at all. Do not like the way TurboTax keeps trying to sell one additional products. Did not like the way TurboTax kept trying to steer one into doing on-line taxes, rather than download. Had to do a search to find the Download option. Your advertised "discounts" are really not discounts at all. Overall, I feel that the overall TurboTax experience has gone downhill, due to "slick salesmanship."

Its ok and getting pricy

The terminology doesn't match the documents and need to look up explanations. Does not show the different return amount if you were to switch how you would like to file. The price is getting to high and might be cheaper for a company to do it now.

Disappointing

TurboTax was far more frustrating to use this year than in past years. It's annoying that I'm not permitted to download a copy of the returns or print a copy.

There appears to be a flaw in the tax software as to how it fills out California state Form FTB 5805. It copies the AGI figures from the Federal return. This is incorrect, since California does not tax Social Security income.

Better than going to a tax preparer. Telephone help good if you need it.
