Provide TurboTax on disc.

Late last year we received an IRS2000 letter for tax year 2022 and found that we could not recover all the forms that were used to generate our 2022 Federal Income Tax return. We had printed those forms required for filing but lacked access to supplementary forms. We had deleted the 2022 TurboTax software to save disc space so were unable to reproduce those other forms. Lacking those forms made our response to the IRS more difficult. We recommend returning to the practice of providing the software on discs. We still have discs from 2018, which must be the last year this format was offered.

Navigation is difficult.

You should have a menu of the tax return sections off to the left hand side so you can easily navigate to different sections / return to a previous section easily. I tried to revisit a previous section but it made it look like I had lost all the work that I had previously done. Also, it is fairly easy to get duplicate income sources because the name of institution is slightly off. Once you have a stale entry, it is very difficult to remove it. Should have a button right next to the income entry to delete it.

eFiling Tax Returns should be free.

I've been using TT Premier for many years for both Federal and State (NH) tax returns. This is the first time I had to pay to eFile my NH taxes. WHY?
Also, more "concrete" confirmation when eFiling for State Return is completed would be better. Now I have to wait to review withdrawals from my bank account to see if the Tax Payment withdrawal occurred.
