I thought the handling of 1099-Rs when the question regarding the full withdrawal was asked could have been much better as there are two ways in which it could have been done and the question only implied one of them. Note: it did not have to be line for line. It could have all been taken from a subset.

Very difficult to have questions answered. Difficult to speak with a REAL Person. More difficult this year than last.
