Tax advice was very helpful. However, one I exited my return before it was finished, it was difficult to find an access number to contact to get further advice. In the end, I contacted the number shown on my phone when I was first contacted. That worked.

Using TurboTax is easy, efficient, and straight forward. I now submit a simple 1040-SR with no business income and with my bank and brokerage firm accounts FULLY and cleanly downloading directly into the proper tax forms, its a snap.

Good Product--Can be improved

Good product. Easy to use. However, hard to read screens as type is too small and no ability to enlarge. Also, following calculations on worksheets is not easy. TTx adds & subtracts items without "showing its work". It takes some effort to be sure each item is accurate.
Requiring people who do this survey to agree to "terms & conditions", including indemnifying Intuit and authorizing Intuit and its third party service providers to use my name, email address and other contact information for marketing purposes is outrageous and disrespectful. I complete this survey to help Intuit improve.
