Turbo Tax is a true AI software.

Very impressive. I notice a lot of AI features are imbedded in the Turbo Tax 2024 software. It is much easier and faster to file.

Love TurboTax Premier - Desktop

I love the fact that I can toggle back and forth between the step-by-step and the old-fashioned forms view. The step-by-step is quick and easy, and the forms view let's me see the detail behind the numbers.

Do better

I believe this year the software sight was intentionally unclear. It seems like I could have gotten by with purchasing Deluxe instead of Premier. Each time I went to site and decided on premier. different prices. $99?? Ended up getting pinched for $105. I then selected the Audit protection Included. But then later, Turbotax tried to get me to pay $45 more for what I thought was included. If I purchased too much software for what I needed to do, I'd think TurboTax would see that and offer a downgrade solution. Intuit Turbotax has lost it's way. Just another bait and switch, upsell, tricks website bent on unseemly ways to profit instead of offering a product that is useful to customers at a fair price to assist with an already unpleasant task. TurboTax must do better for 2025 tax season. I'll be researching other products well in advance next year. I hope to use TurboTax again, but that is up to Intuit.
