turbo tax is very good

Mostly a good experience. I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to use Turbo Tax. Had a little trouble with Pa state forgiveness tax.

On the whole I am satisfied. I have been having difficulties with the saving feature of the program because there are no instructions which warn me that if I save in PDF I will lose regular tax file.

Beware of Turbot Tax bugs!

For another year, I have problems with a bug in TurboTax Premier Mac version not allowing to file my by printing. I am not going to elaborate on the bug since a number of users have already documented their print issues in TurboTax forums. Shame on Intuit for NOT fixing this multi-year issue!

Unable to print screen

Unable to print screen screens that I wish to save onto a word document. Not sure if this is a TurboTax issue of a MicroSoft "feature". Have been able to do so previously over the 25 years I have used TurboTax.

A SMALL BUG WITH FORM 3800

I MISTAKENLY ENTERED IRS FORM 3800 AND WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE IT USING THE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS. HAD TO CALL TECH SUPPORT THREE TIMES, FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MANUALLY REMOVE IT BY TOGGLING TO FORMS RATHER THAN USING STEP BY STEP. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT EASIER.
