TurboTax is terrible

TurboTax is fraught with errors and problems and very difficult to use. Numbers don't carry properly from form to form and from Federal to Sates. Problems with TurboTax caused me to have to file an amended return for federal and state. TurboTax does not remember inputs, so when you go through and review in step by step, you have to answer the same questions over and over.

Good Software. Expensive pricing

Not a fan of airline pricing model. Pay for the state filing module. Then pay again for the state filing. It becomes especially expensive when I have small incomes from multiple states. I interned in CA, earned small income in IL and a resident of NJ. 3 States x $60 per state + federal. Eats into my tax refund

Every year i have problems E Filing. Every year, and there is no way to get help unless you pay. I am not using Turbotax ever again

Import didn't work for Merrill

had issue importing tax statement from Merrill Lynch . This was very frustrating. Neither Merrill nor Turbotax could resolve. I hope this doesn't happen again, I saw several complaints online about this problem.
