W2G flaw

A serious flaw in filing a W2G from a tribal casino. There is no state code on my W2G since it is on a reservation, but your software forces me to select a state. This does not match my W2G because it is blank. I cannot file without selecting a state which is incorrect.

TurboTax does everything except pay your taxes

I have been using TurboTax for 25+ years. I like that questions and info are stated in plain English. I like that there are "learn more" items. It's a huge improvement over the IRS instructions for the various forms AND it does the math for you! My one complaint is: I have a touch screen computer, and I can't grab a page just anywhere to scroll it; it has to be on the scroll bar. In this respect, it does not behave like pages on the internet, and it drives me crazy.

What a disaster this year.

I have used TurboTax for many years and always had an excellent experience. This year was a disaster. The interface with my bank/broker was terrible. Partial info was downloaded, the program requested additional info and then deleted previously downloaded forms and overwrote or left fields blank in the existing forms. In addition, identifying information on the forms was missing, requiring reference to account numbers to put names on the forms. Substantial manual effort was required to correct the forms, re-download, research and add missing data, etc., I think I should be reimbursed for at least half of the cost of the program.

TurboTax OK at best

I use the desktop premier version on MacOS and the program is OK at best. Getting to be clunky as compared to previous years and currently printing does not seem to work.

Too many software glitches, keeps crashing.

Software kept locking up, I paid for state filing, got a receipt and yet it wants me to pay again. And even if I try to pay twice it locks up and won't file.
