Turbotax is slipping

Did not interact with an agent. I started to but noticed you have added a fee for that too. TT did not feel as understandable or easy to navigate this year. I can't say why

Some Much Needed Fixes Are Never Remedied

There are several software glitches in your tax preparation programs that need correction. How do notify TT of these problems? More importantly, why do you not fix legitimate errors in your programming/coding?

This is the 6th year I've used and I was unable to e-file this year. I tried to buy live advise but a glitch wouldn't allow me to reduce the screen to enter needed information

Very difficult to handle 1099 income

The process to enter information from a 1099-MISC nearly derailed the entire process. This glitch showed up at the end of the process and could only be resolved by calling support. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year. It took me nearly 6 hours to complete my form and I almost failed to complete the filing. Very frustrating!

The turbo tax program is exceptional .

The program recommended that I purchase the PA state return, which I did and after filling out the form it was recommended that I delete the PA state return and I did. PA has a reciprocal agreement with the state of NJ.
I was charged for the PA download which I cannot use, I would appreciate a refund to my credit card for the charge.

Most of Turbo Tax is excellent, but...

The program works, but what I don't like is that when you edit a particular area, it makes you start from the beginning of that category and go all the way through all over again. And when you transmit returns, if you do (as I do) several returns each in different states, it defaults to include every state and then gives you an error message when it can't find the other states. Lastly, it failed to update in mid-february and caused me problems when I couldn't then input a Schedule K-1/
