Intuit still sells a buggy product & poor support

Every year I buy TTax Premier and every year I have to deal with buggy programming and an increasingly more complicated and expensive user interface. Intuit is like a discount airline, providing discounts on the headline product while nickel and diming you at every turn. If the product worked smoothly without glitches, which it should after all these years of development, I'd give it a four star rating, but Intuit still relies on the people who pay a lot of money for the product to provide their own "community" support.

I have always used TurboTax as it is very comprehensive and easy to use. It has all of the functions you need to complete your tax return easily.

Turbo Tax Premier won't print my return

For some reason the current and fully updated version of TurboTax Premier that I am using is non-responsive to the print the return command. Perhaps that will be resolved at some point but that is a serious problem for me.

Easy to prepare as they walk you through each category. Don't like the fact that they charge you to file a State return. All you are doing is hitting a send button. They charge because they can.

Long-excellent software problematic for 2024

I've been using TurboTax for years without issues. For 2024, I had to hunt down your software with great difficulty. You are clearly discouraging / ignoring those who do not wish to use your preparation personnel. Even your television ads make no mention of self-filing options. Secondly, your desktop software has a long-uncorrected bug whereby it won't allow you to print out the as-filed tax returns. Failure to print????
