Great Product, easy to understand and use.

Been using TurboTax for years - but changed from Deluxe version to Premier in retirement. So, this year's tax return was very easy to use and I completed all categories in one evening.

In the past, I had always completed my taxes manually. This process would usually take me a week to complete.
With turbo tax, I compile my information on the first day. I download Turbo Tax and complete my taxes on the second day.

I had difficulty loading the program software. I needed to upgrade from Deluxe to Premier because Deluxe did not include Schedule D. This was cumbersome. It seemed every time I signed on to Turbo Tax, I was required to update. I have very, very slow internet making this inconvenient.
