Investment income section confusing

The segment for entering capital gains and losses was a bit confusing. when I selected a something to edit the display seemed to jump to the end and I had to scroll back. A couple of times, I got so confused that I entered the same data twice. I don't recall having tis difficulty in previous editions of Turbo Tax

Step up your game turbo tax

Took quite a while to run updates, I still had to mail form 8453 even though I e-filed my federal return and I absolutely refuse to pay additional to e-file a state return so I have to mail that which annoys me to no end. Step up your game turbo tax! I should not have to deal with any of this paper mailing for the prices you charge for a relatively simple tax return!

1099-INT download inaccurate

I had a problem with Marcus by Goldman Sachs 1099-INT. I downloaded this institution’s form from your connection. It only gave me the interest for the first page and did not report interest on the second page. This identical problem happened last year. Thank goodness I saw it before I filed, or I would have had to do an amended return. I called Goldman Sachs. They believe the problem is with Turbo Tax. I see on your website that others are complaining about Marcus, as well as the same thing happening with Ally account. Please fix this ASAP.

Software needs help

When filing the State form (that I thought was free with my purchase of Turbotax - not, it was $25) the software screen asking for my CC information comes up so large that you can't see the button to complete the information entered (can't even tell if there is a button). I ended up having to shrink my display screen to even see the button.

This was my first time to use your product. I was very nervous through out the whole process but with the help of the "Walk me through it" feature I was able to find my errors and omissions to end up with a complete and correct return. Thank you very much!!

TT let me down

I'm highly perturbed with TT for 2024. Maryland form 502CR was not included. I had to manually download the form and fill out by hand and then I had to USPS mail my Maryland tax return instead of Efile. Why would you not include that form when in all the previous years the form was included. I spend hours on the phone with TT support and Maryland tax support trying to figure this out. I wasted a lot of time. TT should be ashamed of themselves!
