Bad at helping and explaining

Turbo tax does a bad job at explaining what the various questions (in the interview process mean) are asking. Sometimes it uses acronyms but doesn't explain what the acronym stands or how you qualify for the tax situation. For example, it asks if this expense is a QBI, with no further explanation. The software itself and interface is easy to use, just bad at doing it's job of helping explain things. 15 years ago, it was better.

Not completely satisfied with 2024 Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax has issues when retrieving income data from the 2023 Federal return. It appears that when there are multiple entries for items such as Interest and Dividends, Turbo Tax only retrieves the first entry which makes the AGI inaccurate. This contributed to my returns being rejected when e-filing.

Can't print TT file from

I can't print from TT file.
Get this message "Please wait while we prepare your tax forms for printing.
This initial setup process may take 2-3 minutes.
Thank you for your patience."
At this point the color wheel spins, stops and the dialog box disappears. The screen reverts to the PRINT FOR YOUR FILES screen w/o printing.

Turbo Tax is worth the money.

Generally, very good. Suggest additional definitions and explanations in the medical/healthcare areas, particularly with regard to physical therapy. Turbo Tax makes the best of a difficult process.
