Turbo Tax is More Difficult

I don't know what changes you made this year or if it is because I used a Macbook instead of Windows, but it was more difficult this year to fill out. It definitely is not as user friendly as it has been in past years,

Incorrect Pin and misunderstanding of IRS PIN

Happy up until this year. cant believe the non-sense and terrible explanation of the IRS PIN. First of all, IRS Tax website gives me a 6 digit filing pin! you only allow for 5 digit pin. excruciatingly painful dumb dumb nightmare fuel. I am still unclear if I can include 0's or not. if someone just happens to choose a pin with no zeros, or 1 zero...? cmon, you are better than this. please fix it

Turbo Tax without the Floppy Disc.

Service was excellent, had to talk to a Turbo Tax rep and he was great and walked me through the process i was having trouble with. I really prefer using the floppy disc, initially the system would not collect the info from my turbo tax file from 2023, but it finally did when I started the process over from the start.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
