Turbo Tax is Amazing

Turbo Tax is amazing. I am a novice but Turbo Tax makes me look like a professional. I did one session with the Turbo Tax expert and he answered all my questions.

Downloading Program a Nightmare

No problem with actual tax software - it's a 5 star. Downloading the program onto my computer was a complete 4 hour nightmare. Once loaded it worked fine for about 2 weeks then a complete nightmare getting the update to the program. I had to uninstall and reinstall many times and resort to calling tech support. Luckily my tax files were fine. I didn't have to redo them. Taxes Filed! Makes me nervous using the software next year.

The system is good and I have used it for many years to file my 1040 and California 540 returns. This year, the periodic requests to enter my keychain password threw me off and cost me time. The latter is a system I do not knowingly use regularly. Your explanations did not help me. There was no way to bypass these requests that I could find. Frustrating.

I feel strongly that we should be able to speak with a tax pro without purchasing your additional service. Your information sheets didn't answer my questions. I had to go elsewhere and so much time lost and could have been answered with a simple response. I have been using TurboTax for almost 30 years

Turbo Tax has a glitch

I had an issue paying fees with my credit card. Your program would not accept the entry of the month of January (01) as an expiration date on the credit card. Only options present were 02-12.
