Better the previous year

It was better last year. The way you presented options is now more confusing than it was. Go back to the way you did it for the 2023 tax year. And if you appear to have duplicated entries you should alert us. You did not.

Turbo Tax good but not perfect.

I am a retired United Airlines pilot. 1099-R State Street Retiree Services for USPBGC - United Airlines INC Pilots Fixed Benefit showed Box 2a Taxable Amount blank. (This is a Qualified fund) Box 2b, Taxable amount not determined, was checked. Turbo Tax would not allow me to fill in information with this situation.

TurboTax is so easy to use and 100% accurate.

I've been using TurboTax to do my own returns for about 20 years. Each time, I have found the software very easy to download and use, and very easy to understand what was being done on my return. I called Intuit's technical support twice for my 2024 return. Each time, the specialist listened carefully, and then answered all my questions and solved my issues.

TurboTax is better than ever

I have been using TurboTax for over 30 years and I have NEVER experienced any troubles. The program leads me thru all of the pertinent income and deductions, it allows me to download all of my year-end investment tax statements, the calculations are flawless, and the E-filing saves a lot of time and energy from not having to file the returns by mail. Keep up the good work, TurboTax!!!

Your new process for downloading the Investment Data from different sources was confusing. Passed years it was much easier to identify the company, i.e.. Fidelity Investments, and get the download.
