new desktop sucks

this new format sucks. I have desktop version to do three returns which your packaging says I can do

How do I open the next one?
ok fixed that. Now, for state of Colorado I get a deduction for 529 contributions. The only spot in the credit tab is for employer contributions I went back and did manually because you didn't bring it up

When are you going to fix TurboTax so that users receive an email confirming their e-filed returns have been accepted? This has been an ongoing problem for a few years now.
The fact that Intuit went to a subscription basis for Quickbooks desktop versions is highway robbery.
Intuit is getting fat, dumb and happy these days.

I love TurboTax although a K1 I have is a pain to enter. Otherwise it's great
