Disappointed in upgrade recommendation

I was disappointed this year. For the first time, I took the software's advice and paid the additional fee for the premium version, and it made no difference. I wish I could get my $25 back.

I love using Turbo Tax to file State & Federal

I like to be able to calculate my own income taxes and file them. Each year I've used Turbo Tax has been great. I learn the updates to the tax codes and have control over how to file and what deductions I want to take, itemize vs std deduction. Turbo Tax also gives me to option to confer with their tax experts and to have legal representation in the case of an audit, and all for a modest cost.
