Inexplicably broken basic functions

1. A bit frustrating to get help.
2. Printing forms is broken on the Mac - if they broke this basic function, what else is busted? Online forums are filled with people reporting the error, Intuit has not provided a fix as of March 2.
3. Also, I created two different returns so I could examine the difference between two different choices. The Vehicle License Fee entered in one return affected the other return. That's a serious break - the two returns should be independent of one another - and begs the question of what else is broken under the hood. I'm prompted to consider a non-Intuit product next year.

Easy to use. Lot's of guidance when you want it.

It's easy to use. It guides you through each section it must but gives you the option on other sections. You decide how much guidance you want. There's plenty of explanation as you go, if you want it. It gives you tips on what's coming up in anticipation of certain questions you may have before you even ask. You can stop and save at any point so you don't have to work through the entire thing all in one sitting.

Found a improvement step after 25 yrs

Easy to use. Clear steps and descriptions. I used Turbo Tax for more than 25 yrs. It is my first time my E-file got rejected this year. The E-file rejected explanation detail could not be printed or copied. I need to check the steps back and forth or write down each steps. It took me extra 30 minutes to solve the issue.

Could use some work

Turbo tax is better than before but it doesn't switch well between forms and input format. I also want to be able to more easily print a review copy without all those paper-wasting worksheets as I progress.
