Be careful of "optional" E-file processing svc

Never have known Turbo tax to use an outside "Bank" Refund processing service for additional fee. Made it seem as though that was just part of the normal process. Very disappointing for a long time user and now this "bank" can share my private information? My fault for trusting the service.

TurboTax Printing Problem

I had trouble printing a return both for review before transmitting it to the IRS and saving a copy fro my records. When I clicked "Print Returns", the program appeared to start the printing process but within a few seconds the process stopped and made a slight sound. The only way I could print a copy was to go to "File", "Save to PDF". I rebooted TurboTax, my computer and printer. Nothing corrected the problem. I have an Apple iMac running Ventura 13.7.4
