easy to follow and easy to complete your federal and state income tax returns using TurboTax. I have used TurboTax for 25 years and think it is great!

Problem with Business portion

Usually super helfpul, but there was a bug in the business section - where I had two vehicles, it would only recognize one - (even though it walked me through entering the two - and created the worksheets, but didn't properly update the schedule C), and of course there is no chat help to get help. It also wasn't populating the miscellaneous expense. I had to work in forms instead of step by step to get it to perform properly.

At times needlessly complicated.

The 2024 version was not as user friendly as the previous versions. It was much easier when information from the prior tax year could simply be updated without going through several screens for each category. Entering income was particularly aggravating and time consuming.

An Upgrade!

I would like to see TurboTax upgraded by adding a direct way to check how we set up payment for taxes owed. After finishing I forgot which option I chose to pay my taxes and found it impossible to get back to the page where i made my choice. Making it easier would be a nice upgrade.

Long-Term Turbo Tax User

I really like the way the program takes me step by step through my taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for years. A long while ago, I found Turbo Tax found me saving that my tax advisor did not, so I was sold.

completed taxes in about 3 hours including dividends, interest, capital gains. also using previous years info and carried capital gains really helps. I like the previous year comparisons as well...helps to insure you didn't leave anything out.
