Good software, cost too much

excellent software, easy to use. But cost are too high.
$40+25 = $65 for each state on top of federal+state cost is too high.

Used Turbo Tax For many years.

Easy to use. I like how it populates from one year to the next. Next year, I think I will need less options, but will still use Turbo Tax. The only complaint would be is it is not easy to find the differences between products without going through a bunch of hoops.

Lots of unnecessary pages that seem to congratulate you (the user) and/or the programmers - an annoyance I agree. Filing is easy, but I really question the need to charge for state e-filing - a hidden cost.
But worst of all, it WILL NOT PRINT my 2024 forms for my records.

this year another very satisfied customer as in the years past..
one problem this year, work related expenses KEPT COMING UP NEEDS REVIEW, no matter how many times ensured completeness and correctness..............would like to see state efile reduced or eliminated cost.

Product is not as good this year

I thought that the software this year was a bit klunky. I was never given an option nor could I find a way to import info from my taxes from las year.
Also, during the review for errors, I had several errors that I was never even asked about while completing my taxes.

I hate the 1099-K

Had some problems from the 1099-K bat at least I didn't have to deal with the ESA this year. Otherwis Turbo Tax was straight forward as always
