TurboTax is easy to use but with some frustrations

Overall TurboTax is pretty easy to use. There are a few problems that I encounter that are quite frustrating. For example, they do not allow an override of the Method used to determine fair market value for Stock contributions. They insert "Comparable sales", which was not correct. The correct method was Treasury Regulation #20.2031-2. I was unable to transmit electronically if I overrode this field. I finally just gave in after looping a half dozen times. Now I pray it doesn't trigger an audit.
Another example is that sometimes inputs you make on one form don't seem to transfer to another. One example this time was my mortgage interest input. I checked all the right boxes but for some reason it wouldn't show up on Schedule A. I finally just typed it in manually.
It is also frustrating that for all purchases (e.g., audit defense, extra states, efiling states) they make you repeatedly input your address rather than remembering it because of your username.
