It was great, to the point. I appreciate the help when it double checks and takes me to the form that is wrong. Shanequa helped when I was stuck. We had some connection issues but once she could see the form it was less than a minute for her to explain an walk me through. Thank you -- Shanequa!

Would not allow me to print

I tried multiple times to print my return so I can have a hardcopy and it would not produce a PDF document. Very frustrating. I shut down and restarted. I did this about three times. It still will not allow me to print a PDF file.

Turbo Tax Investment Data entry is cluegy

The basic operation of my TurboTax Premier for 2024 tax year was as great as always - BUT!!! the entering of financial investment data was REALLY CUMBERSOME! Much more than in past years!!!! In the past years (I go back into the 1990s!!!) Turbo Tax would prompt you for individual holdings for dividends then sales. BUT THIS YEAR Turbo Tax constantly tried to get me to automatically upload my financial data when I repeatedly said I wanted to enter it manually myself. Yes, I finally figured out how to do that but it was Waaay too cumbersome! Major Yuck!
