Long time user of TurboTax's program

If I wasn't a CPA with a specialty in Taxation, I would have gone to an accountant this year. You made it more difficult than other years and you NEVER create any continuity e.g. customer repeat loyalty.

All went petty well. Got a little bogged down working through the imports from stock broker. That was mostly my fault due to my not understanding the terminology well enough.

Like it - like forms mode too

Would have given a 5 - but did NOT like the way they changed the EasyStep Stock Option sales screens. I had to go to Forms mode to enter the Cost Basis. But other than that - so easy to use.

worst turbotax product I've ever used, difficult to navigate, inconsistant, and very confusing including trying to efile after deadline and trying to force me to prepare a state tax return in a state that does not have state income taxes
