I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe and Premier for over ten years. I have never had a problem with my taxes and have received refunds in a timely manner when appropriate. The program is easy to use and not too expensive compared to the cost of hiring someone to prepare our taxes.

I have used TTax for decades. I used to do four returns a year. Now there is a fee charge for states and you only include one state per program and there are processing every where one looks. I can buy the program cheaper online and help pay for the processing fees.

Social Security topic improvement

need to improve Social Security section. System should automatically take you to 1099 format: ie: ox1 etc.

Don't like that you force users to pay to have the state return electronically submitted. In the past I was able to print and mail in my return, this year I wasn't given that option.

Fix the problem where I can't download 1099's from my broker on a Windows 11 system. I had to drag out my older Windows 10 machine to do my taxes this year and it was very inconvenient.
That old machine is on it's last leg and you'll put me in a bad position if I have to do that next year. That might be the last year I use your product if you do not fix this issue!
