Not Intuitive

Update Product

Please enhance product so that if you have a multi state return (IE live in one state but work in another) that you don't need to click EVERY security sale to flag as non state source transaction. Why not have one button to update all or list a check box on main screen so one doesn't need to sift through potentially thousands of trades to update.

Turbo Tax provides no tax support without purchasing additional services. Turbo Tax is trying to force you to file state taxes electronically for an extra $25.

Good product

For most part I like Turbo tax. Makes it easy to do your own taxes. I don't like a change they made to entering 1099 info. They made is much more cumbersome to enter this information. Must really want us to import the data. I also wish they had the option to not print complete ssn on printed documents. Or at least just show the last 4 numbers. I have to black it out on almost every page.

Still has trouble with state software

The state filing usually has some sort of mistake and this year was no different. I had to attach a note to line 15 of the AZ return (Form 140) and the TurboTax AZ software showed it as line B6. Then the reference to the note on the AZ Form 140 was typed on line 16 (instead of line 15) and no matter what I did, it came out on line 16. It did this even before I overrode the line reference in the note itself from line B6 to line 15.

I spent several hours with one of your experts, Pamela, from Lancaster Pennsylvania. She went above and beyond my expectations in helping me solve my Turbotax issues She was industrious and wonderful in helping solve several issues that came up when using Turbotax. Pamela is an outstanding Tax expert and she is the reason I will continue using Turbo Tax.
