Horrible redesign

Took off two stars due to the lousy re-design of your Wages and Income---> Summary screen(s). 2023 version bought up very useful income by type (ie, 1099-INT with treasury interest shown in a tabular format). Separate screens for 1099-DIV, etc. This year, 2024, for some unholy reason, you lumped every income source together with no detail shown unless you individually accessed the income source. It made me pull up the forms version to do a review. Horrible. Do better!

Unhappy with extra fees and higher rates

Tons of problems this time. I spent hours 3-4 hours one day and almost 5 hours 2nd day. I was very irritated with additional charges added on.. after paying for program, after arguing that the $218 was not what my program said that I bought. Then still more filing fees. These should all be specified up front.

Mac Version - No PDF options

Turbo Tax is great

My return was pretty straight forward. I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years, and have always been very satisfied. The improvements made over the years has made it more user friendly and easier to follow.
