Easy again

As usual filing was easy. Even with my complicated income sources, I was able to wade through the muck. I am retired and all my income comes from retirement accounts.

Needs some basic functions that have been missing

Why is it after many years that TT still doesn't have basic tools like the ability to enlarge font size? Also, the window can be enlarged for those times a spreadsheet is displayed, but the viewable portion doesn't change. In other words, I was able to see 5 columns, and when I enlarged the window the only thing that changed was that large blank spaces opened up on either side of the already visible 5 columns. Using the arrow keys I could move the spreadsheet to the right to see the 4 columns that were hidden, but then I lost 4 columns on the left, even though the window had plenty of room to display all of them! Crazy! Basic things like this should have been rectified ages ago. Sheesh.

It was ok.

I was on the phone for more than 2 hours and did not get resolution of a problem with the software.
Had the most problems with turbo tax this year than with any other year.
A software glitch where I could not uncheck a selection box that did not apply never went away or got fixed.

Unable to print review prior to sending.

I was unable to print copies to review using your software prompts prior to filing. It required numerous steps to accomplish what should have been a simple "click".

Very Good Program, But Could Be Better

TurboTax Premier for CY 2024 is very good, but finding information or help can be frustrating. It's not obv ious where to look for help, as there are four choices: Help Center, Search, Search Topics, and Topic List. I found Topic List the best for me. Help Center and user groups weren't responsive. It would be nice if the interview asked if you wanted to apply part of your refund to next year's taxes or if it asked if you had an IP PIN rom the IRS.
