Very disappointed!

Very disappointed, as a retired CPA I found the new format very confusing. Wasted time going back and forth to get information from different forms and not sure if I had recorded all of the info on the return in the correct format.

TurboTax is okay.

I had great help from two people. The first Lady tried to help me with an error message that I was getting when I first went to use Turbo Tax, she did everything that she could. She then transferred me to a Tech support rep. that solved the problem.

turbo tax is not easy

-My MRD was input incorrectly, probably by me, and it just added an extra tax without questioning this any further. Something that is a likely mistake should be questioned.
-you made it difficult to not file the state electronically. It does not give an option.

TT was a real difficult effort this time

TT Premier used for 2nd year

I believe that TT Premier covered all the bases. I did download some info into TT for the first time since when I tried to enter on my own, the software wouldn't allow me to get to other 'boxes' that weren't "standard".
