TurboTax is GREAT!

I've used TurboTax since 2007 and had no issues until recently. I wasn't able to login and don't recall ever having to login in the past. However I received excellent support from Jennifer that allowed me to login and complete the 2024 Federal and State tax returns.

Turbo Tax is a great program.

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years. Program is very user friendly. The only issue as previously indicated is this program did not flag me to input the PIN from IRS resulting in rejected returns. I overlooked the section in the other category, and thought it was strange I wasn't flagged to input that information. I reviewed the documents & didn't see any area to input it.

Program crashes

This year sucks. Had to reload the program often. Crashes. Wants to down load state again even though it was already on computer.

I first bought the wrong product could not get a refund had to buy premier to do my taxes had hard time installing premier because deluxe had previously been installed took many hours to get problem worked out.
