Easier to Prepare Taxes Than to Download Software!

So far so good. I just filed and believe all will be well with IRS.
Preparing my return took less time than I spent with the very kind TurboTax reps who helped me download the software. It's the first year without the discs and was a nightmare. Thank you so much.

Turbo Tax Frustrations

While TT does its job the frustration with data not importing from previous years taxes makes for too much manual entry. Also, every time I open it you have to manually go back to where you left off. Really not making things as easy as they could.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
