Using Turbo Tax is fantastic! I've used Turbo Tax for many years and everything has been great. Your information boxes have helped me quite a bit when I have a question.

PDF Password

The ability to set a password when saving tax return to PDF would be a great feature to add. Not having that really reduces the value of specifying a password on the Turbo Tax file.

Sumi answered all my questions related to the sale of a rental property. Had additional questions about depreciation recapture. She helped me through all the pages. Turbotax was straight forward and enabled me to upload almost all necessary data quickly.

When I tried to import last years 2023 turbotax return, it did not load and I had to input everything by hand.

I'm not pleased that this software did not include certain worksheets. It left us wondering how they came up with some of those numbers and why. In the past there were IRS links or a group chat that often answered questions.

RMD entry problem

Struggles on RMD. Everything entered right off 1099.Error check review this item about 10 times. Went back to where I entered the 1099. Deleted it. Re-entered same information again. Worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
