Utah State Problem?

We had a little trouble typing in our info for accounts with a bank that wasn't listed (Synchrony Bank) but we
were able to figure it out. Also the Foreign Taxes Paid was a little difficult to navigate. All in all, it was a
pain-free way to file our taxes. We loved that our last year's info was right there to compare.

How to Make TT Better

TT should go back and review the wording of instructions for clarity - perhaps a little extra detail and to resolve some ambiguities in a few areas. Consider generating a few few (25?) fake taxpayers and associated forms 1099s, 1098s, etc . Have TT employees sit with people as they use TT to "file" their taxes. Use the fake taxpayers (both experienced and new) and perhaps a few real TT owned, low balance bank accts . to get REAL feed back
