Good but could be improved!

There were sections that required duplicate answers or required inputs on forms that were not required. Example: I live in Washington State that does not require a state income tax return and Turbo Tax kept asking me to complete my State Tax Return before I could file the federal form.
Also, there were instances where Turbo Tax asked me to input responses to the same field more than once. This needs to be checked and reviewed before the year is released. Very irritating!!! I am not happy about paying additional for a state income tax return electronic filing! Considering filing federal form electronically and filling out the state form manually to save the $25+ cost.
I was frustrated by the in-program "up-selling" for Turbo Tax Experts and Audit Experts! For simple returns, this was a major negative for me this year.

Excellent but 1099-LTC Needs Referencing

Everything went smoothly. But I never saw the Form 1099-LTC referenced, although I did supply the information appropriately.

Amended return process concern

Would have been a 5 rating..........We had to file an amended return and Turbo tax assumes the refunds it originally calculated were received by me when in fact the state return was not. This makes it look like I owe the state more than I actually do. Turbo tax told me the state will recalculate, and it would balance out...... we shall see.

Long time user and still very happy

I've been using Turbo Tax 20+ years. As a CPA who specialized in audit, NOT TAX, I found Turbo Tax to be the easiest and safest way to file my taxes. It caught my mistakes as well as oversights!
