Bait and Switch

Bait and switch. I usually do 3 returns on my Turbo tax. I am supposed to get the state filed for free on one of them. I got charged for all of them when I e-filed. Now I am getting charged on two of them for the federal. I can find no where in the instructions, info on the e-download that says this. Just before I go to e-file the federal, it says it is free for me to file that return. The next page I click onto then shows I have to pay to e-file the tax return. What the heck?

Dividends and Interest Changes

Did not enjoy dividends and interest changes to format. Very confusing, found myself with duplicates that had to be deleted. Please return to the 2023 format which was very intuitive and easy to follow.

TurboTax is a time saver!

TurboTax made it quick and easy to prepare my complicated 1040 return. Gathering my data took longer than entering into the app. Done with it all in under 3 hours!
I purchased the version that allows me to prepare and e-file up to 5 returns. I was able to prepare and file returns for myself, son, ex-husband, & 2 friends! Knowing that at any point I could get advice is a bonus...I didn't need it this year, but it's peace of mind. Also appreciate the free audit defense.

You advertise a free state return but then say "since all states don't require a returned to be filed you will charge me $25 to e-file". What?????? Bait and switch.

was good but will not let me print my returns this year like last year I don't know what you changed,that made it so that I could not print this years returns out for my records.I did my taxs for the last 10 years using turbotax I don't know if i will use it again.
