Product is clunky, buggy and too expensive.

Software is full of bugs. Requires updates, but doesn't tell you until there is an error filing. Hard to skip to what one wants to do. Very expensive for simple returns. Very expensive to file a state return. Not committed to Mac support.

it was great except for one thing. I did not identify an error on Schedule D i ahswered question yes or no at top of form. I erroneously checked yes instead of no. Now how do i correct this and what do i do to file new return

Couldn't quarterly estimates be printed 4 to a page in order to save paper?
Why can't I print the state returns with only 1 copy of the Federal return? I e-file and don't need all that extra paper.

Less easy to load without CD

Instructions for loading TurboTax app is not clear was much easier and took less time to load and use the app when the CD was available. would like to see next year's Turbo Tax sold with the CD.

Desktop version is great!

I love the desktop version because of the additional flexibility. Last year one of the Turbo Tax reps that I talked to suggested that I use it instead of the online version because of the complexity of my return. My only complaint is that I couldn't attach the required pdf to my Nebraska state return.
