Problems filing state return

I am stuck on the address screen. I enter my address and the billing info tab and review tab are grayed out. I cannot proceed with filing my state taxes. Very frustrated!!

E-File disqualificatio

This is the second or third year that I have not been able to e-file. I don't know if the bug lies with Intuit, or the IRS. I have a W-2 from a previous employer that contains no information in the "wages" box, but does so in the box 12a and a code W. This is for a HSA contribution they made in my HSA account. I need your attention to get this issue addressed before next filing season.

Turbo Tax seems to be for tax professionals

education expenses regarding 529's, 1099-Q, 1098-T, are very difficult to do. I had to dig down deep in the forms to do this properly. NOT layman user friendly. You guys are not asking the right questions in an understandable way in this area.
