Download from Fidelity is not straight forward, or simple. Also only Interest showed up, not dividends or capital gains.

Seems worse this year than in the pasts

I wish you had the ability to go back and make adjustments after going through everything.
had lots of difficulty going in and trying to make a few changes before submitting.
HSA money was being calculated abnormally the first time I went through.
Wish you had the ability to reset and start over, I had to uninstall and reinstall software to be able to start over

Software provides a good check as to whether to itemize or take the standard deduction, e-filing is quick, easy and at a reasonable cost.

Turbo Tax had a glitch

Everything went fine until time to e-file. After reviewing the documents, I hit the Continue button and nothing happened. Tech support tried to be helpful but didn't have any idea what the problem was or how to correct it. I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the program and then it worked fine.

Turbo tax pricing strategy sucks

the product is really good, the marketing really sucks - they do NOT give prior users the best price. They offer "deals" that are not deals. it is always better to buy at a store with a discount. they should treat their long time customers better

Program needs to pull more data from older returns

I've been using TurboTax for at least 30 years. I think that the program should be able to pull data from previous returns to help completion of the current return. For example, Charitable Contribution Carryovers,
