Turbo Tax charged extra fees without your consent

Upsell service (premium service ???) without fully disclose the reasons nor allow user to remove it ? So we called customer service and learnt lots of folks complained. This is unacceptable business practices.

turbo tax is going down hill

everytime i went to print or save it would save the 2024 taxes onto 2023 program. spent hours on phone. couldn't print without error codes. only way to fix it was to erase all of my 2023 turbotax program and data for the 2024 program to work. turbo tax you owe me $80
