loading from the internet didn't work properly and I was forced to order a cd at additional cost. Not great. consider offering the software with a cd again

Love guided flow. Problem printing final report

I like that it navigates you through the most important things one step at the time and that I can go back and fine tune if needed. I took 2 stars off because TurboTax had a problem saving my Return for my records, no matter what I tried it just would not save it.

Your import section this year was not easy to use especially when you wanted to enter non imported data. Much easier in previous years

Not worth the cost in my opinion! Product literature is unclear about fees and total cost. The product does not seem to any better than tax products that are free. Main positve is live support.

Awsome, but this year one major difficulty.

I have been using Turbo Tax for a long time and am overall satisfied. However, this year I experienced a problem I never had before: I was not able to see and file a pdf of my tax returns. Please get back to me and advise. Thank you.
