TurboTax download version is horrible

This new version of Turbo Tax without the CD was horrible. I have used TurboTax for over 30 years. This version without the CD was impossible to load and verify. I wasted two days trying to get it to work with no success. No help phone number is provided on the purchased package. I finally found a phone number on the web site for help. It took an additional 4 hours on the phone with the help person to finally get the software to create an account and get the account established and the software package verified. I am not pleased with the effort required. I never had this much trouble with the CD version. I am unhappy with my purchase.

MI issues

4 stars because it was difficult to determine Stock option grant resolutions, I had to do a lot of digging to determine how to handle it and not get double taxed. Also the way Turbo Tax handled Michigan state taxes on retirement withdrawals was not clear if you are not 65, but retired Turbo Tax gave a much larger deduction than it should have.

Crashed multiple times

Crashed multiple times, once when trying to upload crypto gain/loss CSV, again when trying to print return. After recovering from first crash, discovered multiple copies of the same document had been uploaded, resulting in an incorrect gain/loss total. Found error in return, but software gave no guidance whatsoever as to how to proceed.
