As always, doing my taxes with Turbo Tax is relatively easy, if not super-fast (i have a lot to enter!).

Have used the product for 40 years and recently have found it more confusing and less helpful with it's explanations. The Help System has become useless.

Easy to use w/plenty of help. Cost 1 star because they said my state return was $20 but ended up $25 at checkout time. Also got stuck on 1st attempt to import data from brokerage, but worked on a re-try. Overall very happy with experience.

This was the worst year of turbo tax. A lot less explanations for issues. They seem to want to make it less self explanatory so you pay extra for live help.

Additional costs for state filing.

I assumed the electronic filing would be included in the price of the state software. Seems very deceiving to charge for the electronic filing later in the process rather than disclosing the full costs of everything up front.
