A good experience with one exception: When downloading several documents (1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, etc.) from my financial institution as they came ready, the later downloads would cause the earlier downloads to disappear. Unless I waited to do all the downloading at the same time, TurboTax would not retain the earlier attempts.

Prior versions of Premier were much better. New version is too cumbersome, and difficult to go directly to entries, without scrolling through all entries in a category of income.

2024 Was a Disappointment

Flow was very confusing compared to past years. Also electronic download of 1099 did not allow paste of passwords. Very inconvient when usen long passwords with a password manager

Easy to use and most calculations are done by the software. Suggestion: Have the software check for updates *before* you hit the "Transmit.." button so that the user does not get an unsettling "FAILED to send..." message.

State Taxes

this year's version was very confusing -could not determine what had to be printed if you wanted to send a paper copy to state rather than electronic.
it makes no sense that there is a $25 fee to send electronic while paper cost nothing
