I am wondering why I did not get the 20% discount on the state filing and wht I needed to pay for state filling when I was under the impression that one state filling was included in the premier turbotax

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 plus years and find it makes doing my taxes fun. I highly recommend the Expert Tax Service which quickly helps when one stumbles in the process. The static information from the previous year always transfers over which is great in preparing the current return.

Too difficult

I'm unhappy with this product. Having to pay for advice that should have been part of the premium software. It was easy to input Robinhood, but too difficult to put in Crypto.com, so I had to pay for Koinly. Premium should be able to do what crypto tax converters do. I think I'll use HRBlock next year.
