TurboTax is committing fraud in C T

As a residents of CT it is absolutely unacceptable that TurboTax does not have the CT forms available. This is consumer fraud and a class action suit should be brought against Intuit for selling a product under false advertising. The software will not allow CT residents to file, even though we paid for this !

Turbo Tax Won't Print

The Print Return function does not work. I get a spinning wheel for a couple of seconds and then nothing. One tech support person had no idea what to do, the 2nd provided a cumbersome work-around. Turbo Tax 2023 continues to function normally.

Help Poor

The AI SW help is very poor. I entered two questions and the help was useless, sale of House. Sale of Us Saving bond. Found answers on google. I also own retail and I was asked to manually enter from last year. Why do I need to do that? I have used Turbo Tax for ten years. I never had to do this before SW should read anything I need from last year. Also Why do I need to manual add the state refund. Room from improvement.

Problems with ItsDeductible Import in 2025

Was never able to import ItsDeductible data no matter how many different ways I tried. I have always been able to do this on first try in years place.
