TurboTax hasn't gotten any better.

TurboTax did not warn me that I didn't include my brokerage accounts that I included in the previous years. Even though my returns were accepted, I need to file an amended return. I had to look up the answer on how to resolve this on google because TurboTax did not have the answer I needed. if it did, I couldn't find it.

Less user-friendly than in previous years. More difficult to make changes/corrections and some entries did not update in real time, but only after moving forward to subsequent pages. In the past, TT has always been smooth and a pleasure to use. This year, not so much.

Turbo Tax is an excellent product for me and my wife to use annually.
There are just 2 items that I wish were fixed:
1. We report early in the questioning of the return that we live in Florida which is acknowledged to be a "no income tax state". Why, why, why ,after so many years of programming, does Turbo Tax insist on reminding me that I have not filled out my state income tax after I have finished my return?
2. We do NOT use a smart phone or a tablet pad that can be used for "clicking" or "scanning" or any touch screen functions. You have our landline phone and our email address and our street address. Please use them when verifying we are who we are!
